If you don't have the original remote that came with your smart TV device: 1. Restart your smart TV equipment. Once the main screen appears, you can use the remote control. If not, proceed to step 2. 2. Press and hold the Home button on the new remote for at least 10 seconds until the LED starts flashing quickly, then release it. This indicates that your remote is in pairing mode and has been successfully paired.

If you do have the original remote, you will need both remotes for setup: 1. Press and hold the Home button on the new remote for 10 seconds. The LED will slowly flash amber for 10 seconds and then flash faster when ready to connect.
